奥氮平联合盐酸帕罗西丁治疗抑郁症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Olanzapine combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in the treatment of depression

目的探讨奥氮平联合盐酸帕罗西丁治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至10月湖南省脑科医院收治的88例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各44例。对照组患者采用盐酸帕罗西丁治疗,研究组患者采用奥氮平联合盐酸帕罗西丁治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、生活质量评分。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抑郁症患者的临床治疗中,实行奥氮平联合盐酸帕罗西丁治疗的效果更好,可以有效缓解患者的症状,且有效改善患者的负面情绪,提升其生活质量,具有一定的优势,适宜被广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Olanzapine combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 88 patients with depression admitted to Hu′nan Brain Hospital from January to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with Olanzapine combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride.The total effective rate,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMD score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with depression,the effect of Olanzapine combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride treatment is better,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,effectively improve the negative emotions of patients and improve their quality of life.It has certain advantages and is suitable for widespread promotion.
