术后疼痛控制联合责任制整体护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后中的应用效果

Application effect of postoperative pain control combined with responsibility for holistic nursing in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur after operation

目的探讨术后疼痛控制联合责任制整体护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月江西省瑞金市人民医院收治80例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和实验组(40例)。对照组给予责任制整体护理干预,实验组给予术后疼痛控制联合责任制整体护理,比较两组的护理满意度、髋关节功能改善效果和患者疼痛程度。结果护理后实验组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的护理满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后实验组的髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后接受疼痛控制联合责任制整体护理,有助于患者护理效果的改善,减轻疼痛感和提高髋关节功能,提高护理满意度,整体应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of postoperative pain control combined with responsibility for holistic nursing in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures after surgery.Methods Eighty elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures from January 2018 to January 2020 treated in Ruijin People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases)using random number table method.Patients in the control group underwent responsibility for holistic nursing intervention and in the experimental group,patients underwent postoperative pain control combined with responsibility for holistic nursing.The nursing satisfaction,the improvement effect of hip joint function and the patient′s pain degree were compared.between two groups.Results After nursing,the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the hip joint function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures receiving postoperative pain control and responsibility for holistic nursing will help to improve the patients′nursing effect,alleviate pain,improve hip joint function,and increase nursing satisfaction,which have a high overall application value.
