人文关怀对辅助生殖治疗患者心理状态、诊疗体验的影响

Research on the psychological status of patients with assisted reproductive infertility adopting humanistic care

目的探讨人文关怀对辅助生殖治疗患者心理状态、诊疗体验的影响。方法选取2019年6月至12月的漳州市医院收治的60例辅助生殖治疗的不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用计算机数字随机模型将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用人文关怀护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组的心理状况、生活质量。结果两组护理后的正面情绪指标、生活质量指标(SF-36)高于治疗前,负面情绪指标低于护理前,且观察组的正面情绪指标、SF-36高于对照组,负面情绪指标低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理具有细致、全面、贴心的特点,对于辅助生殖不孕症患者有帮助,能有效抑制患者的负面情绪,提高妊娠率,方案值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care on the psychological state and diagnosis and treatment experience of patients with assisted reproductive therapy.Methods From June to December 2019,60 infertile patients with assisted reproductive therapy in Zhangzhou Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by computer digital random model,30 patients in each group.The observation group was given humanistic care,while the control group was given routine care.The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The positive emotion index,and the short-form 36 item health survey questionnaire(SF-36)of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,negative emotion index was lower than before nursing,and the positive emotion index,and SF-36 quality of life index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,negative emotion index was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care has the characteristics of meticulous,comprehensive and intimate,which is helpful for patients with assisted reproductive infertility,can effectively inhibit negative emotions and improve the pregnancy rate,and the scheme is worthy of promotion.
