天麻钩藤颗粒结合盐酸普拉克索片治疗帕金森病的疗效及炎性反应调控作用的观察

Efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Granules plus Pramipexole Hydrochloride tablets in Parkinson's Disease and their regulatory effect on inflammatory response

目的:探讨天麻钩藤颗粒结合盐酸普拉克索片治疗帕金森病的治疗效果及炎性反应调控作用。方法:选取2017年3月到2020年10月期间孟津县中医院脑病科收治帕金森患者62例,根据随机数字表法分为结合组32例和对照组30例。对照组在应用常规治疗基础上使用盐酸普拉克索片,结合组在对照组基础上配合天麻钩藤颗粒辅助治疗。结束3个月疗程后比较治疗效果,疗效评估参考帕金森统一评分量表(UPDRS);并检测血清炎性变化水平;比较不良反应。结果:治疗后,结合组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),结合组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,结合组不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤颗粒辅助盐酸普拉克索片治疗帕金森具有协同作用,可以明显提高对帕金森的治疗效果疗效,调控炎性反应,减少不良反应的发生,具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Granules plus Pramipexole Hydrochloride tablets in Parkinson's disease(PD)and their regulatory effect on inflammatory response.Methods:Included were 62 PD patients admitted to Department of Brain Disorders in Mengjin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicice between March 2017 and October 2020.The subjects were divided into the combination therapy group(n=32)and the control group(n=30)according to random number table.The control group was treated with Pramipexole Hydrochloride tablets in addition to conventional therapy,while the combination therapy group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Granules in addition to the care given to the control group.At the end of the 3-month treatment,the two groups were compared for therapeutic efficacy based on Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),levels of serum inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the overall response rate was higher in the combination therapy group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6 and C-reactive protein(CRP)was significantly lower than baseline in either group(P<0.05).The improvement in these factors was greater in the combination therapy group compared with the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the combination therapy group experienced less adverse reactions than the control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Granules shows synergistic actions added on Pramipexole Hydrochloride tablets for the treatment of Parkinson's disease,significantly improves the therapeutic efficacy,regulates inflammatory response,and is with less adverse reactions and high patient safety.
