崩漏属于妇科常见疑难重症,该研究提出崩漏多以肾虚为本、血瘀为标,主张分期论治崩漏。采用出血期化瘀止血,血止期补肾调经的治疗方法,四诊合参,辩证施治,取得较好疗效。

Metrorrhagia is a common difficult and severe disease in gynecology clinic,which can occur in all stages of women.On the basis of summing up the experience of predecessors,Professor Liu proposed that the treatment of metrorrhagia should be based on kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and advocated the treatment of metrorrhagia by stages.The treatment methods of removing blood stasis and hemostasis in bleeding stage and tonifying the kidney and regulating the meridians in blood stop stage were adopted.Four diagnostic methods and dialectical treatment.
