壮医养生“中和”思想探析

Discussion on the Thought of"Harmony Zhong"in Health Preserving of Zhuang Medicine

“中和”思想蕴含着极为深刻的哲学内涵,是中国传统文化的核心思想之一。壮医学根植于中国传统文化的沃土,从中汲取了丰富的智慧养料,目前学界内尚未有学者探析和提出壮医学与“中和”思想之间的关系。故本文从“三气同步,内外合一”“两路通畅,气血均衡”“调摄谷道,饮食有节”“节欲啬精,御而有度”等壮医养生法则方面入手,深入挖掘和分析壮医养生“中和”思想的学术内涵,探讨其应用,明确提出壮医养生理论与“中和”思想具有紧密的联系,“中和”思想贯穿于壮医养生理论内涵的始终。

The thought of"Harmony Zhong"contains a profound philosophical connotation and is one of the core ideas of Chinese traditional culture.Zhuang medicine is rooted in the fertile soil of Chinese traditional culture,from which it draws rich wisdom nourishment.At present,there are no scholars in the academic field to analyze and put forward the relationship between Zhuang medicine and the idea of"Harmony Zhong".Therefore,this paper starts from the"three Qi synchronization,internal and external integration""two channels are unobstructed,Qi and blood is balanced""regulating and absorbing Valley way,balanced diet""abstinence and stinginess,controlling with degree"and other aspects of Zhuang medicine health preservation principles,in-depth excavation and analysis of the academic connotation of Zhuang medicine"Harmony Zhong"thought,to explore its application.It is clearly put forward that there is a close connection between the theory of health preservation of Zhuang medicine and the thought of"Harmony Zhong".The thought of"Harmony Zhong"runs through the connotation of Zhuang medicine's health preservation theory.
