耳聋左慈丸治疗耳鸣的系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of Erlong Zuoci Pill in The Treatment of Tinnitus

目的:系统评价耳聋左慈丸治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:全面检索中国期刊数据总库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、The Cochrane Library、PubMed自建库至2019年12月31日耳聋左慈丸治疗耳鸣的相关文献,筛选出符合纳入标准的随机对照研究,采用RevMan 5.2软件对纳入文献的总有效率及各亚组进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献9篇总计694例患者,Meta分析显示耳聋左慈丸治疗耳鸣临床疗效显著[OR=4.45,95%CI(2.99,6.64),P<0.05]。其亚组分析结果显示,耳聋左慈丸联合针刺[OR=4.44,95%CI(1.88,10.51),P<0.05]、耳聋左慈丸联合西药[OR=4.26,95%CI(2.20,8.24),P<0.05]、耳聋左慈丸联合穴位注射及耳穴贴压[OR=6.76,95%CI(2.93,15.58),P<0.05]临床疗效优势明显,其中以耳聋左慈丸联合针刺治疗耳鸣效果尤为显著。结论:耳聋左慈丸治疗耳鸣临床疗效颇佳,中医联合应用疗法(耳聋左慈丸联合针刺、穴位注射及耳穴贴压)具有较高的临床疗效,但不能确定耳聋左慈丸治疗耳鸣发生不良反应及复发的可能性。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Erlong Zuoci pill in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods:We searched the CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Data,VIP,the Cochrane Library,PubMed from inception to December 2019,to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that met our included standards.The total effective rate of the included studies and each subgroup were assessed by Review Man5.2 software.Results:A total of 9 articles including 694 patients were included.Erlong Zuoci pill had significant clinical effect on tinnitus[OR=4.45,95%CI(2.99,6.64),P<0.05].The results of subgroup analysis showed that Erlong Zuoci pill combined with acupuncture[OR=4.44,95%CI(1.88,10.51),P<0.05],Erlong Zuoci pill combined with western medicine[OR=4.26,95%CI(2.20,8.24),P<0.05],Erlong Zuoci pill combined with acupoint injection and auricular point pressing[OR=6.76,95%CI(2.93,15.58),P<0.05]had obvious advantages in clinical efficacy.In particular,Erlong Zuoci pill combined with acupuncture has the most significant effect.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Erlong Zuoci pill on tinnitus is quite good.The combined application of traditional Chinese medicine therapy(Erlong Zuoci pill combined with acupuncture,acupoint injection and ear acupoint pressing)has good therapeutic effects in clinical efficacy.However,the possibility of adverse reaction and recurrence in the treatment of tinnitus cannot be determined.
