心房颤动是由于心房不协调电活动导致的机械功能恶化,为常见房性心律失常之一。心房颤动属于中医学“心悸”“惊悸”“怔忡”等范畴,宫丽鸿教授对心房颤动的中医辨证治疗经验独特,并后附医案以进一步阐述其验方的临床应用。她强调房颤属虚实夹杂之证,心阳不足是其发病基础,病理因素包括风瘀痰火并重视七情对病机的影响。临证时当以虚实为纲,将温阳定悸之法贯穿始终,再辨之病邪性质所属,分别给予息风、活血、降火及清化痰浊之法。并以经方为立方之根本,根据次症不同灵活加减用药,且随病证演变及时调整,制定阶段性的治疗策略。
