摘要
创新教育是一个多领域互动过程,传统的“大学-产业-政府”三螺旋更多基于经济利益,而四螺旋在三螺旋基础上加入“社会公众”,形成经济利益和社会公共利益的新平衡以及更加广泛的视角。在此基础上,为促进创新教育的发展,从多元主体协同的角度出发,构建以高校为主导、以产业为载体、以政府为支撑和以社会公众为监督的创新教育四螺旋模式,并阐述模式的动力机理和协同机制,提出构建全方位创新教育体系、优化创新教育顶层设计、联动资源优化创新实践和促进创新可持续发展4条协同路径。
Innovative education is a process of interaction in many fields.The traditional“university-industry-government”triple helix is more based on economic interests,while the fourth helix adds“social public”based on the triple helix,forming a new balance between economic interests and social public interests,as well as a broader perspective.On this basis,in order to promote the development of innovative education,from the perspective of multi-agent collaborative driving,the quadruple helix model of innovative education is constructed,which is led by colleges and universities,supported by industry,supported by government and supervised by the public.The dynamic mechanism and collaborative mechanism of the model are elaborated,and the construction of an all-round innovative education system,optimization of the top-level design of innovative education,and joint innovation are proposed.There are four collaborative paths to optimize innovation practice and promote innovation sustainable development.
