Analysis of Influencing Factors and Action Path of User Transfer Behavior of Government APP Based on Grounded Theory

[目的/意义]旨在为提升政务APP的使用效率与效能提供参考。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论,采用开放式编码、主轴性编码和选择性编码对半结构访谈数据进行分析和梳理,凝练政务APP转移行为的推力因素、拉力因素和锚定因素的影响因子与关系。[结果/结论]影响政务APP转移行为的因素——原渠道相关因素、政务APP相关因素、社群影响、个人因素、阻碍因素、感知风险,构建政务APP转移行为影响因素框架模型。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for improving the use efficiency and effectiveness of government App.[Method/process]On the basis of the grounded theory,the paper uses open coding,spindle coding,and selective coding to analyze and combine the semi-structured interview content,summarize the factors affecting users’transfer behavior of Government APP and relationship between them.[Result/conclusion]The results show that factors on user transfer behavior of Government APP,including original channel related factors,government APP related factors,community influence,personal factors,obstacle factors,perceived risks,as well as the interaction between them are clarified,so as to provide a comprehensive references for improving the efficiency and efficiency of government APP.
