摘要
[目的/意义]探究K12教育类APP用户的持续使用对推进教育行业良性发展和相对公平具有实践意义。[方法/过程]以代表性平台作业帮APP为研究对象,采集并筛选有参考价值的用户真实评论,运用扎根理论对数据文本进行三段编码处理和饱和度检验。[结果/结论]从信息生态视角出发整合成信息、信息环境、信息技术、信息人和持续使用5个主范畴,构建了移动教育用户持续使用影响因素模型并阐述了作用路径。
[Purpose/significance]Exploring the continuous use of K12 educational app users is of practical significance to promote the benign development and relative fairness of the education industry.[Method/process]The paper takes the representative platform Zuoyebang APP as the research object,collects and screens the real comments of users with reference value,and uses the grounded theory to conduct three-stage coding processing and saturation test on the data text.[Result/conclusion]From the perspective of information ecology,this paper integrates five main categories:information,information environment,information technology,information man and sustainable use,and constructs the influencing factor model of sustainable use of mobile education users,and expounds the action path.
