效益提升视角下老旧社区绿地优化策略研究

Research on Optimization Strategy of Old Community Green Space from the Perspective of Benefit Improvement

文章以绿地效益提升为切入点,从空间布局、植物配置、雨水循环和文化服务等4个维度上构建老旧社区绿地优化框架,并结合上海静安区“美丽家园建设”社区更新项目实践,提出多维度扩空间成绿网、优化绿地结构、实施海绵型改造和营造参与式绿地等规划策略。

As urban construction in China enters stock development stage,the old community renewal is faced with the tradeoff between the growing demand for infrastructure space and the demand for natural and beautiful ecological space.We take benefit improvement as a way to construct an optimization framework of old community green space from four perspective,including spatial layout,plant configuration,rainwater circulation and cultural service.At the same time,based on“Beautiful Home”community renewal project in Jing’an District,Shanghai,the planning strategies such as green space net forming by extending multi-dimensional green space,green space structure optimization,sponge-type transformation and participatory green space construction are proposed.
