摘要
针对老旧社区空间资源有限和空间使用效能不高的现状,文章从微更新弹性设计的角度切入探索空间高效利用的策略。基于对上海部分老旧社区微更新实践的调研评估和比较分析,发现老旧社区微更新中,形态、功能、设施等方面的弹性设计因素对空间使用影响的有效证据,归纳提出空间形态弹性、功能混合弹性、时间复合弹性、设施组合弹性、再设计和再调整的空间潜力弹性设计策略,为切实提升老旧社区空间使用效能提供可参考的设计依据。
Aiming at the situation of limited space resources and the phenomenon of inefficient space use in old communities,the paper explores strategies for efficient use of space from the perspective of resilience design in micro-renewals.Basing on the research evaluation and comparative analysis of micro-renewal cases in Shanghai,the paper discovers the effective evidence of the resilience design factors’impact on spatial usage from multi-aspects including form,function,facilities,etc.and suggests the resilience design strategies of spatial form resilience,function mixed resilience,time compound flexibility,facility combination flexibility and the potential of redesign and readjustment of space.The strategies provide a reference design basis for the micro-renewals in old communities to effectively improve the efficiency of the community space.
