装备体系贡献率评估方法及标准的探讨

Discussion on Evaluation Method and Standard of Equipment System Contribution Rate

本文在分析装备体系贡献率理论的基础上,对装备体系贡献率评估过程进行了探讨,主要明确了装备体系贡献率的评估对象,提出了构建模块化的评估环境,对装备体系贡献率评估方向进行了总结,建立了具体评估指标体系集,并给出了一般装备体系贡献率评估流程,最后对装备体系贡献率评估标准制定的问题进行了探讨,给出了参考意见。

Based on the analysis of the contribution rate theory of equipment system, this paper discusses the assessment process of contribution rate of equipment system, defines the assessment object of contribution rate of equipment system,and puts forward a modular assessment environment. It also summarizes the evaluation direction of equipment system’s contribution rate, establishes the concrete evaluation index system set, and provides the evaluation flow of general equipment system contribution rate. Finally, it discusses the standardization of contribution rate assessment of equipment system and gives some suggestions.
