摘要
大气面源污染是指在一定区域范围内,气态或颗粒态污染物从非特定地点或多个特定的呈面状的地点,在空气扩散作用下以低矮密集的方式自地面或近地面的高度排放污染物,弥散到大气环境中并引起大气质量降低的污染。本文分析了我国大气面源排放标准制定的难点,提出了大气面源排放标准制定的通用方法。
Atmospheric non-point source pollution is gaseous or particulate pollutants emitted within a certain area, at a non-specific location or a number of specific planar locations from the ground or near the ground in a low and dense manner due to the action of air diffusion and disperse into the atmosphere, which reduces air quality. In this paper, we analyze the difficulties in the development of air emission standards for non-point source pollution in China and give a general developing method of emission standards for non-point source pollution.
