摘要
气象工程建设标准体系表是气象工程建设标准化的纲领性文件,也是气象工程建设向现代化迈进的重要标志。本文分析了构建气象工程建设标准体系表的重要意义,提出了体系表编制的基本原则,给出了构建思路,并以综合观测类气象工程为例设计了下一级体系结构图以及对应的标准需求表,以期为气象工程建设标准体系的系统建设提供示范参考。
The standard system table for meteorological engineering construction is a guiding document for the standardization of meteorological engineering construction and also an important symbol of the modernization of meteorological engineering. This paper analyzes the significance of constructing the standard system table of meteorological engineering construction, and puts forward the basic compilation principles and construction ideas. Taking the meteorological integrated observation engineering as an example, it designs the next level system structure diagram and the corresponding standard demand table, which will provide a reference for the construction and development of the standard system of meteorological engineering construction.
