八珍逐瘀消积方联合隔姜灸对原发性肝癌介入术后疗效、炎性因子及T细胞亚群的影响

Effect of Bazhen Zhuyu Xiaoji Decoction Combined with Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion on Curative Effect, Inflammatory Factors and T Cell Subsets after Interventional Therapy for Primary Liver Cancer

目的:观察八珍逐瘀消积方联合隔姜灸对原发性肝癌介入术后疗效、炎性因子及T细胞亚群的影响。方法:对涟水县中医院住院部98例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,要求所有患者均行介入治疗,随机分为对照组及观察组各49例,对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予八珍逐瘀消积方口服并施行隔姜灸,观察并比较两组疗效、炎性因子及T细胞亚群。结果:(1)观察组总有效率及临床控制率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α及S-CRP含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)治疗后,观察组CD_(4)^(+)及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均显著高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八珍逐瘀消积方联合隔姜灸能有效提高原发性肝癌TACE术后临床疗效并降低术后不良反应,其机制可能与该方案能有效降低术后炎性因子表达,抑制炎症反应,调节免疫应答,改善免疫功能,增强抗病能力有关,值得进一步研究及探讨。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bazhen Zhuyu Xiaoji Decoction combined with ginger partitioned moxibustion on the curative effect,inflammatory factors and T cell subsets for primary liver cancer after interventional operation.Methods:98 cases of primary liver cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,and all patients were randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group,49 cases in each group.The controlled group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Bazhen Zhuyu Xiaoji Decoction and ginger moxibustion on the basis of the controlled group.The curative effect,inflammatory factors and T cell subsets of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:(1)The total effective rate and clinical control rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05);(2)The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05);(4)After treatment,CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group,and CD_(8)^(+)was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen Zhuyu Xiaoji Decoction combined with ginger partitioned moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the adverse reactions after TACE for primary liver cancer.The mechanism may be related to that the scheme can effectively reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,regulate the immune response,improve the immune function,and enhance the disease resistance,which is worthy of further study and discussion.
