八子调肾汤辅助治疗薄型子宫内膜肾虚证的效果及对中医证候、子宫内膜厚度和性激素水平的影响

Effect of Using Bazi Tiaoshen Decoction as Adjuvant Therapy in the Treatment of Thin Endometrium with Kidney Deficiency Syndrome and Its Influence on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms,Endometrial Thickness and Sex Hormone Levels

目的:观察八子调肾汤辅助治疗薄型子宫内膜肾虚证的效果及对中医证候、子宫内膜厚度和性激素水平的影响。方法:选取我院2018年4月~2021年3月接受治疗的121例薄型子宫内膜肾虚证患者,根据治疗方法不同及自愿原则将入组患者分为治疗组(n=68例)与对照组(n=53例),其中对照组给予芬吗通治疗,治疗组在以上基础给予八子调肾汤辅助治疗。观察两组临床疗效,并记录中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、月经情况、性激素水平[雌二醇(E2)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)]的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率[91.18%(62/68)]高于对照组[77.36%(41/53)](P<0.05);治疗后中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、月经失血图(PBAC)评分、E2、FSH、P等均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将常规西药联合八子调肾汤辅助治疗用于薄型子宫内膜肾虚证患者中,其疗效显著,不仅能有效缓解临床症状,增加子宫内膜厚度,改善月经情况,还能在提高血清E2、FSH、P水平的同时减少不良反应发生风险,具有临床应用前景。

Objective:To observe the effect of using Bazi Tiaoshen Decoction as adjuvant therapy in the treatment of thin endometrium with kidney deficiency syndrome,and its influence on TCM symptoms,endometrial thickness and sex hormone levels.Methods:121 patients with thin endometrium and kidney deficiency syndrome were treated in the hospital from April 2018 to March 2021.According to the treatment method and the principle of voluntariness,the patients were divided into a treatment group(n=68)and a controlled group(n=53).The controlled group was treated with Fenmetone,and the treatment group was treated with Bazi Tiaoshen Decoction on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.The TCM syndrome scores,endometrial thickness,menstruation,levels of sex hormones[estradiol(E;),follicle-forming hormone(FSH),progesterone(P)],and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total response rate in the treatment group[91.18%(62/68)]was higher than that in the controlled group[77.36%(41/53)](P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,endometrial thickness,pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)scores,E;,FSH and P of the treatment group were better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was slightly lower than that in the controlled group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine combined with Bazi Tiaoshen Decoction is markedly effective in the treatment of patients with thin endometrium and kidney deficiency syndrome.It can not only effectively relieve clinical symptoms,increase endometrial thickness and improve menstruation,but also improve serum E;,FSH and P levels while reducing the risk of adverse reactions.
