高温超导磁浮电磁铁特性分析

Characteristics analysis of high temperature superconducting magnetic levitation electromagnet

摘要 构建了超导悬浮磁铁的三维模型,使用ansoft对电磁铁的三维模型进行电磁场仿真,分析了超导线圈电流、悬浮气隙、横向位移偏差、铁芯长度、铁芯高度等的变化对磁浮列车悬浮力和导向力的影响。结果表明,超导线圈通入不同的电流,悬浮电磁铁的磁场饱和度出现明显的变化,随着超导线圈通入的电流和悬浮气隙、横侧偏移的变化,悬浮力和导向力出现不同的变化特征。同时铁芯高度的增加能有效缓解电流增大时电磁铁铁芯中部的磁场饱和度,进而能够增大悬浮力,提高悬浮性能。 A three-dimensional model of superconducting suspension magnet was built,and Ansoft was used to simulate the electromagnetic field of the three-dimensional model of electromagnet,and the effects of the changes of superconducting coil current,suspension air gap,lateral displacement deviation,iron core length,iron core height etc on the levitation force and guiding force of the maglev train were analyzed.The results illustrate that field saturation of the levitation electromagnet changes clearly when imposing different electricity currents on superconducting coils.As the coil current,levitation air gap and the lateral deviation change,the levitation force and the guiding force display different results.At the same time,the increasing of iron core height can reduce the magnetic field saturation in the middle of the electromagnet iron core obviously when the current increases,and it can increase the levitation force and improve suspension performance.
