CCT型超导磁体结构分析

摘要 CCT(Canted-Cosine-Theta)型超导磁体为一种新型的磁体结构,它的导体轨迹符合一定的空间曲线方程,磁场则是由多层线圈组合而产生。超导线绕制在骨架的特定线槽中,导线之间由骨架隔开,以阻断电磁力的累积。利用磁体周期性轴向对称特点建立了有限元分析模型,对磁体在降温和加载电磁力作用下进行了结构分析,通过研制样机,首次在磁体内部埋入光纤光栅传感器以监测线圈内部温度和形变,测试结果与分析结果相吻合。 The magnetic field of CCT(Canted-Cosine-Theta)superconducting magnet is generated by the combination of multilayer innovation coils which trajectory conforms to a certain space curve equation.Each turn of the coils are embedded in a channel(skeleton),and the wires are separated by ribs to prevent the accumulation of electromagnetic force.In this paper,the finite element analysis model was established based on the periodic axial symmetry of the magnet,and the structure analysis of the prototype was presented during cooling and operation.Through the development of prototype,the fiber bragg grating sensors were embedded in the magnet for the first time to monitor the temperature and deformation in the coils.The test results are consistent with the analysis results.
