水平砂泥岩隧道爆破成型控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对段家坪水平砂泥岩隧道钻爆法施工中存在的超欠挖问题,通过对钻爆参数的现场调试研究,不断修正与验证初始钻爆设计方案,重点对周边眼装药结构和装药量进行重新设计,将开发的新型聚能装药结构应用于周边眼。经过现场爆破试验,对爆破效果进行分析,证明聚能装药结构对于改善水平岩层爆破成型效果具有明显作用,可有效控制水平岩层的超欠挖。 In view of the over-under-excavation problems existing in the drilling and blasting construction of Duanjiaping horizontal sand mudstone tunnel, through the on-site commissioning and research on the drilling and blasting parameters, the initial drilling and blasting design scheme is constantly revised and verified, focusing on the redesign of the charging structure and charging amount of the peripheral hole, and the developed new shaped charge structure is applied to the peripheral hole. Through the field blasting test and the analysis of the blasting effect, it is proved that the shaped charge structure plays an obvious role in improving the blasting forming effect of horizontal rock stratum, and can effectively control the over-under-excavation of horizontal rock stratum.
