摘要
当今是信息社会,信息素养对教师专业发展日益重要。与教师专业发展离不开教育实践一样,提高教师的信息素养也离不开教育实践。因教育信息技术产品操作复杂等原因,民族地区中小学教师的信息技术应用成效并不理想。如何让教师喜欢并主动使用现代教育技术产品,并在持续的教育实践中不断提高信息素养,促进教师掌握现代教育技术,需要运用政策手段等加以调整完善。
In today’s information society,information literacy is increasingly important for teachers’ professional development.Just as teachers’ professional development is inseparable from educational practice,so is improving teachers’ information literacy.Due to the complex operation of educational information technology products,the application of information technology by primary and secondary school teachers in minority areas is not ideal. How to make teachers like and take the initiative to use modern educational technology products,improve information literacy in continuous educational practice and promote teachers to master modern educational technology needs to be adjusted and perfected by policy means.
