汉彝双语应急语言资源智能查询平台的构建与技术实现

Construction and technical realization of an intelligent query platform for Chinese-Yi bilingual emergency language resources

在应对和处置民族地区突发公共事件时,储存大规模的应急语言资源,建立民汉双语应急语言资源智能化查询平台具有重要价值.首先梳理平台的用户功能需求和搭建技术路线,其次通过数据挖掘、语料标注等技术手段完成对汉彝双语应急语言资源的收集与整理,实现基于MySQL数据库的多模态应急语言资源库的建设,再次依托词汇知识库中的词条信息构建动态知识图谱,最后构建集信息检索、结果可视化、资料下载、智能翻译、动态管理多功能为一体的智能查询平台.研究旨在推动语言技术赋能突发公共事件的应对,提升民族地区语言应急能力的现代化和数字化水平,助力民族地区推广国家通用语言文字和铸牢中华民族共同体意识.

When responding to and dealing with public emergencies in ethnic areas,it is of great value to store large-scale emergency language resources and establish an intelligent query platform for ethnic-Chinese bilingual emergency language resources.The article first sorts out the user’s functional requirements and construction technical route of the intelligent query platform,secondly completes the collection and arrangement of Chinese and Yi bilingual emergency language resources through technical means such as data mining and cleaning,text clustering,and corpus labeling and completes the construction of a multi-modal emergency language resource library based on the MySQL database,thirdly builds a dynamic knowledge graph based on the entry information in the vocabulary knowledge base,and finally completes the construction of an intelligent query platform integrating information retrieval,result visualization,data download,intelligent translation,and dynamic management.The research aims to promote language technology to enable response to public emergencies,improve the modernization and digitalization of language emergency response capabilities in ethnic areas,and help ethnic areas to popularize the national commonly spoken and written language,and to forge the community consciousness of the Chinese nation.
