摘要
从援非医疗队与非洲中医药组织机构、中国对非洲中药类产品出口贸易、中医药国际教育简述了中医药在非洲传播的交流与发展现状。基于SWOT-PEST分析法从政治、经济、社会和技术4个维度探讨了中医药在非洲发展的优劣形势与机会威胁,认为中医药在非洲虽有着劣势与威胁,但优势与机遇更加突出。进而提出加强中非国家合作交流,提供中医药技术援助,推动中医药国际标准建设,加强中医药贸易与互联网+建设等中医药在非洲发展对策,为中医药在非洲发展提供参考。
This paper briefly described the communication and development status of the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine in Africa from three aspects:the aid medical team assisting Africa and the organization of traditional Chinese medicine in Africa,China’s export trade of traditional Chinese medicine products to Africa,and the international education of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on SWOT-PEST analysis,this paper discussed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Africa from the four dimensions of politics,economy,society and technology.It was considered that although traditional Chinese medicine had disadvantages and threats in Africa,but its advantages and opportunities were more prominent.Then,we put forward suggestions on strengthening cooperation and exchanges between China and Africa,providing technical assistance for Chinese medicine,promoting the construction of international standards for Chinese medicine,strengthening the development of Chinese medicine in the field of Africa,and providing internet plus with reference to the development of Chinese medicine in Africa.
