摘要 目的:采用响应面分析法对清胃散的水提工艺进行优选。方法:以出膏率和盐酸小檗碱的含量为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken设计法对清胃散水提工艺中浸泡时间、加水量和煎煮时间等因素进行考察,优化清胃散的最佳水提工艺。结果:清胃散的最佳水提工艺为药材粉碎过12目筛,浸泡1.5 h、加水量为11倍、回流时间为1 h,提取次数为2次。结论:采取单因素实验和响应面设计结合的方法,优选清胃散最佳水提工艺,其实际值与预测值吻合度良好,可为清胃散现代制剂的进一步研发提供参考依据。 Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of Qingwei Powder by response surface methodology. Methods: Taking the paste rate and the content of berberine hydrochloride as evaluation indexes,the factors such as soaking time, water amount and decoction time in the water extraction process of Qingwei Powder were investigated by Box-Behnken design method, so as to optimize the best water extraction process of Qingwei Powder. Results: The best water extraction process for Qingwei Powder was as follows: the material herbs was crushed through a 12 mesh sieve, soaked for 1.5 hours, the amount of water added was 11 times, the reflux time was 1 h, and the extraction times were 2 times. Conclusion: The single-factor experiment and response surface design method are adopted to optimize the best water extraction process of Qingwei Powder.The actual value and the predicted value are in good agreement, which can provide a reference for the further research and development of the modern preparation of Qingwei Powder.
