慢性血栓栓塞性疾病症状隐匿、缺乏特异性,难以被及时诊断,严重影响了患者的生活质量及预后,且目前尚无根治的方法。中医学认为该病责之于瘀,因瘀致病。根据《血证论》"从瘀论治,以和为法"的思想,治瘀不单祛瘀,强调祛、宁、补三法结合,辨证治之,灵活运用活血祛瘀、行气散结,祛痰利水、息风降火,补肺生津、固肾平喘,宁心安神、双补气血之法,以求阴阳平衡、气血调畅,改善患者预后。

Chronic thromboembolic disease(CTED) is difficult to be diagnosed in time because of its hidden symptoms and lack of specificity, affecting the quality of life and prognosis of patients seriously. At present,there is no radical cure at present in the world. In traditional Chinese medicine, the disease is responsible for blood stasis. According to "Treatment from blood stasis and harmony as the method" in Blood Syndrome Theory,the treatment of blood stasis should not only dispel blood stasis, but also emphasize the combination of removing blood stasis, appeasing and replenishing, and flexible use of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispersing Qi and dispersing congelation, expelling phlegm and promoting diuresis, extinguishing wind and reducing fire, tonifying lung and promoting fluid, strengthening kidney and relieving asthma, calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind, and replenishing Qi and blood, in order to balance yin and yang and smooth Qi and blood. It can improve the prognosis of patients.
