心电监护仪在新生儿经下肢静脉置入PICC导管尖端定位中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探究心电监护仪在新生儿经下肢静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管尖端定位中的应用效果。方法:此次研究对象全部选自2019年1月至2020年12月期间在本院进行诊治的经下肢静脉置入PICC导管的149例重症新生儿为研究对象,其中2019年1月至12月期间选择术后X线定位判断PICC导管尖端位置的64例患儿为对照组,2020年1月至12月期间选择心电监护仪+术后X线定位判断PICC导管尖端位置的85例患儿为实验组,分析两种定位方式对两组患儿的影响。结果:与对照组的78.13%导管尖端一次性到位率相比,实验组的95.29%更高(P<0.05);与对照组的PICC置管时间相比,实验组用时更少(P<0.05)。结论:心电监护仪在新生儿经下肢静脉置入PICC导管尖端定位中的应用效果显著,不仅能够提升导管尖端一次性到位率,还可以缩短操作时间。 Objective:To explore the application effect of ECG monitor in positioning the tip of central venous catheterization(PICC)of neonates through lower limb veins.Methods:The subjects of this study were all 149 neonates with severe condition who received PICC catheter placement through lower limb veins in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.Among them,64 children who were selected to determine the location of PICC catheter tip by postoperative X-ray positioning from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group.From January to December 2020,85 children with PICC catheter tip location determined by ECG monitor+postoperative X-ray were selected as the experimental group,and the effects of the two positioning methods on the two groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with 78.13%of the control group,95.29%of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of PICC catheterization in the experimental group was less(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ECG monitor in PICC catheter tip positioning of neonates through lower limb vein has significant effect,which can not only improve the one-time arrival rate of catheter tip,but also shorten the operation time.
