富血小板血浆注射治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Platelet Rich Plasma Injection in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures

目的:探讨富血小板血浆注射治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:将我院2019年6月至2020年5月收治的92例桡骨远端骨折患者按照随机数字表法分组,采用手法复位治疗的46例患者作为对照组,采用手法复位+富血小板血浆注射治疗的46例患者作为观察组,对所有患者术后随访3个月,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后腕部疼痛及肿胀情况,记录并发症发生情况。结果:观察组在临床治疗总有效率方面明显升高(P<0.05)。在VAS评分、肿胀程度评分方面,两组治疗后均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组上述评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率方面,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:富血小板血浆注射治疗桡骨远端骨折患者取得的治疗效果确切,患者术后肿胀、疼痛程度显著减轻,安全性较好,值得大力进行临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of platelet rich plasma injection in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:Total of 92 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with manual reduction,and the observation group was treated with manual reduction and platelet rich plasma injection.The clinical efficacy,wrist pain and swelling before and after treatment were observed and the complications were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and swelling degree score of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(23.81%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.76%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The platelet rich plasma injection in the treatment of distal radius fractures has definite curative effect,which can helps to reduce postoperative swelling and pain,with good safety,and is worthy of promotion.
