分析无托槽隐形矫治在错颌畸形患儿正畸治疗中的效果

Effect of Invisible Orthodontic Treatment without Bracket in Children with Malocclusion

目的:观察分析无托槽隐形矫治术在错颌畸形患儿正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2018年1月—2019年10月收治的行正畸治疗的错颌畸形患儿108例作为本次的研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为两组:治疗组和对照组,每组患儿各有54例。对照组患儿采用固定矫治,治疗组患儿采用无托槽隐形矫治。比较两组治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、龈沟探诊深度(SPD)等指标变化,评价两组患儿对治疗的满意度。结果:两组患儿经过治疗后,SBI、PLI、SPD均明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿对治疗的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无托槽隐形矫治术可以显著改善错颌畸形患儿牙周指标,且患者对治疗的满意度较高,在临床上值得进行大力推广。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets in children with malocclusion.Methods:108 cases of malocclusion treated by orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object.They were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method:the treatment group and the control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fixed appliance,while the treatment group was treated with invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets.The changes of plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival sulcus probing depth(SPD)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After treatment,SBI,PLI and SPD of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets can significantly improve the periodontal index of malocclusion children,and the patients have a high degree of satisfaction with the treatment,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
