多种微塑料降解菌的分离及效能研究 被引量:3

摘要 从垃圾填埋场渗滤液中分离筛选塑料降解菌并对3种微塑料的生物降解特性进行了研究。以聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚苯乙烯3种微塑料为唯一碳源,筛选潜在降解菌,采用形态观察、透射电镜观察以及16SrRNA基因序列分析对菌株进行鉴定,通过测定生物量、重量损失、培养液pH以及FTIR-ATR和SEM分析了3种微塑料的生物降解特性。根据16S rRNA基因序列鉴定,分离的3株为Bacillus sp.,Microbacterium sp.,Chryseobacterium sp.。对3种菌株的混合培养物进行了50 d的生物降解实验,结果显示,PE、PP、PS三种微塑料的重量损失分别为8.7%、6.3%和12.5%且pH显著下降;FTIR-ATR显示出现了新的官能团;SEM观察发现微塑料表面出现侵蚀。 Plastic degradation bacteria were isolated from landfill leachate and then the biodegradation properties of the three microplastics were studied.Potential degradative bacteria were screened using PE,PP and PS as the sole carbon sources,and strains were identified by morphological observation,transmission electron microscopy and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis,whose biodegradable properties were determined by measuring biomass,weight loss,medium pH and FTIR-ATR and SEM.The three isolates were identified by the 16S rRNA gene sequence,Bacillus sp.,Microbacterium sp.,Chryseobacterium sp..A 50 d biodegradable experiment on mixed cultures of three strains showed a weight loss of 8.7%,6.3% and 12.5% and a significant decrease in pH;FTIR-ATR showed new functional groups;SEM observed microplastic surface erosion.
