摘要
英国政府依靠法律及制度保障对英国现代学徒制实施管理,成效明显。其特点有:管理主体、办学培训主体、学徒及家长等合作主体共同参与的多元合作;健全部委、非部委公共机构,发挥政府机构下属单位的全面服务作用;推动优质中介广泛深入地参与;精准提供经费资助并引导其有效使用;优化学徒培训运作,进行科学的考核评价,提升学徒规模和覆盖面,英国现代学徒制的运行成效显著。
The modern British apprenticeship system has experiences of exploring by itself flexibly,unique mode and effective operation mechanism.The main measures include promoting the legal governance,strengthening the multi-dimensional cooperation between the main bodies of supervision,management,school training,apprentices and parents participation,establishing ministries and non-ministerial public institutions,giving full play to the role of subordinate units of government agencies to provide comprehensive services,promoting the wide and in-depth participation of intermediaries,precisely providing funds and guide to the effective use,optimizing the training operation process,making scientific assessment and evaluation,enhancing the size and coverage of the system,and making employers and apprentices satisfied.The operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship in Britain is effective.
