基于自贸区视角加快构建广东国际供应链发展新格局

The Construction of International Supply Chain Development New Pattern in Guangdong Province from the Perspective of Free Trade Zone

基于广东自贸区的发展构建广东国际供应链发展的新格局,是粤港澳大湾区发展的重要抓手。广东自贸区不仅是21世纪海上丝绸之路的重要枢纽,也是粤港澳大湾区深入发展的特殊平台。南沙、前海和横琴片区作为珠三角对接港澳合作的门户和“一带一路”的桥头堡,正在成为粤港澳大湾区城市群的三个核心支点。文章通过研究在粤港澳大湾区发展背景下,广东自贸区供应链发展的现状及所面临的机遇与挑战,提出加快广东自贸区建设,借助粤港澳大湾区的发展构建广东国际供应链发展新格局的建议。

Based on the development of Guangdong Free Trade Zone,constructing a new pattern of international supply chain development in Guangdong is an important aspect in the development of the Greater Bay Area(Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area).The Guangdong Free Trade Zone is not only an important hub of the Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century,but also a special platform for the further development of the Greater Bay Area.Nansha,Qianhai and Hengqin regions,as the gateway of the Pearl River Delta to Hong Kong and Macao and the bridgehead of the“Belt and Road”,are becoming the three core fulcrums of the Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration.This paper studies the current situation,opportunities and challenges of the supply chain of Guangdong Free Trade Zone under the background of the development of the Greater Bay Area,in the purpose of speeding up the construction of Guangdong Free Trade Zone,making use of the development of the Greater Bay Area,and constructing the new pattern of international supply chain development in Guangdong.
