新品供应计划数字化和智能化的研究和实践

摘要 新产品导入是企业的关键业务流程,新品按时、按质、按量上市也是考核企业竞争力的核心指标之一。新产品的供应计划是整个新品导入的指挥棒和发动机,指导供应链部门准备产能和物料,市场部门制定销售计划,同时也对研发和工程部门的验证和试产提出了明确的时间节点要求。新品供应计划涉及部门多,考虑的约束和目标多,再加上又是产品生命周期早期阶段,存在各种不确定性。这些都增加了计划的复杂性,同时也催生了新品供应计划数字化和智能化的迫切需求。文章从定义问题着手,分析了新品供应计划的数学模型,进而探讨了问题求解的方法。着重介绍了问题描述、问题建模、分层优化、正向计划和反向计划算法及其系统功能实现。 New product introduction(NPI)is the key business process of an enterprise.TTM,TTV and TTQ of new products are also the core indicators to evaluate the competitiveness of an enterprise.The supply plan of new products is the baton and engine of the whole new product introduction.It guides the supply chain department to prepare for the capacity and materials,and the marketing department to formulate the sales plan,and also puts forward the clear checkpoints for the verification and trial-run of new products from R&D and engineering departments.New product supply plan involves many departments,so it should consider more constraints and objectives,and is also the early stage of product life cycle,which has various uncertainties.These increase the complexity of the plan and give birth to the urgent need for digitization of new product supply plan.This paper starts with the definition of the problem,analyzes the mathematical model of the new product supply plan,and then discusses the solution method.The paper mainly introduces the problem description,problem modeling,hierarchical optimization,forward planning and backward planning algorithms and system realization.
