特殊工业粉尘地区复合绝缘子蚀损老化特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在特殊工业粉尘地区运行的复合绝缘子,由于粉尘中含有金属微粒、酸性腐蚀性物质、糖类等吸水性物质等成分,容易在运行过程中出现绝缘子伞裙蚀损与烧蚀的情况。为研究特殊工业粉尘环境下复合绝缘子长期运行中的伞裙蚀损与烧蚀对绝缘子老化的影响,文中对某特殊工业地区退出运行的复合绝缘子进行取样,选取具有典型形貌特征的复合绝缘子伞裙,分别对试品的表层和内部进行采样及对比分析,同时选取外观完整的绝缘子与烧蚀严重的绝缘子样品进行对比分析。文中通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱分析等微观分析手段研究了高温硫化硅橡胶烧蚀老化前后的有机官能团、元素比例和价态等方面的变化,得到了特殊工业粉尘地区运行的复合绝缘子蚀损特性及其对绝缘子自身老化性能的影响,为特殊地区运行的复合绝缘子的运行状况预测提供了一种可行的参考。 Composite insulators operating in special industrial dust areas are prone to the corrosion and ablation of shed during operation due to the presence of such components of water absorbing substance as metal particles,acid corrosive substance sand sugars.In order to study the influence of the corrosion and ablation of the shed on the aging of the composite insulator during the long-term operation,the composite insulator out of operation in a special industrial dust area is sampled,the shed of composite insulator with typical appearance characteristics is selected and sampling and comparative analysis are performed on the surface and interior of the samples respectively.Meanwhile,insulators with complete appearance and those with serious ablation are selected for comparative analysis.By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and other analytical methods,the changes of organic functional group,elemental proportions and valence before and after the high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber ablation and aging are studied,the erosion characteristics of composite insulators operating in special industrial dust areas and their effects on the aging properties of insulator itself are obtained,which provide a feasible reference forthe prediction ofthe operating conditions of composite insulators in special areas.
