保妇康栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

目的探讨保妇康栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月至2020年6月丹东市中医院妇科门诊收治的94例RVVC患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组单独使用克霉唑阴道片,观察组在克霉唑阴道片的基础上加用保妇康栓治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率、临床症状改善、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床症状改善、复发情况优于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗有效率、不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组患者未观察到严重不良反应。结论保妇康栓联合克霉唑阴道片治疗RVVC安全有效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods From March 2019 to June 2020,a total of 94 patients who were diagnosed as recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis in the gynecological outpatient Department of Dandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets alone,while the observation group was given Baofukang suppository plus clotrimazole vaginal tablets.The treatment effective rate,improvement of clinical symptoms,recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The improvement of clinical symptoms and recurrence in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment effective rate and adverse reaction rate between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and no serious adverse reactions were observed in the 2 groups.Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is safe and effective.
