摘要
新冠疫情给高校管理工作造成重大影响和挑战,立足于中国传统文化的民本思想,反思疫情期间信息沟通机制、心理干预模式、对大学生行为引领模式的缺陷,借助大数据和云端思政工具,从文化沟通、心理干预、行为引领等方面探讨后疫情时期大学生管理模式的创新。
The COVID-19 has caused major impacts and challenges on the management of colleges and universities.Based on the people-oriented thoughts of Chinese traditional culture,this paper explores the defects of information communication mechanism,psychological intervention mode and behavior leading mode of college students during the epidemic period,and explores the innovation of college students’management mode in the post-epidemic period from the aspects of cultural communication,psychological intervention and behavior leading with the help of big data and cloud ideological and political tools.
