厄贝沙坦片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病肾病

Irbesartan plus metformin for the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy

目的:分析厄贝沙坦片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:选取的糖尿病肾病患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予厄贝沙坦片联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、血压水平和肾功能指标。结果:观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、收缩压、舒张压、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦片联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病肾病患者,有利于降低血糖、血脂水平,改善肾功能指标。

Objective:To analyze the effect of irbesartan tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Ninety patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into a control group(treated with metformin) and an observation group(treated with irbesartan tablets combined with metformin) with 45 cases each.The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure and renal function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),systolic and diastolic blood pressure,serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCR),urinary microalbumin excretion rate(UAER) were all lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of irbesartan tablets with metformin in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy is beneficial to reduce blood sugar and blood lipid levels,can improve renal function indexes,and has good clinical promotion significance.
