罗哌卡因浸润麻醉联合地佐辛静脉麻醉在食管癌根治术中的效果

Effect of ropivacaine infiltration anesthesia combined with dezocine intravenous anesthesia in radical resection of esophageal cancer

目的:探讨罗哌卡因浸润麻醉联合地佐辛静脉麻醉在食管癌根治术中的效果。方法:随机选取我院收治的110例食管癌根治手术患者将其随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组给予罗哌卡因浸润麻醉,观察组给予罗哌卡因浸润麻醉联合地佐辛静脉麻醉。观察不同方法对两组患者的麻醉效果、生活质量以及不良反应发生率的影响。结果:观察组的麻醉效果、生活质量优于对照组;观察组的不良反应发生率比对照组低(P <0.05)。结论:罗哌卡因浸润麻醉联合地佐辛静脉麻醉在食管癌根治术中的疗效显著,可有效提升患者生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ropivacaine infiltration anesthesia combined with dezocine intravenous anesthesia in radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods:One hundred and ten patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radical surgery were randomly selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 55 cases each.The control group was given ropivacaine infiltration anesthesia,and the observation group was given ropivacaine infiltration anesthesia combined with dezocine intravenous anesthesia.The effects of different methods on the anesthesia effect,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions of the patients were observed.Results:The anesthesia effect and quality of life were much better while the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ropivacaine infiltration anesthesia combined with dezocine intravenous anesthesia is effective in radical surgery of esophageal cancer,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and has clinical application value.
