摘要
高强度螺栓咬合型连接是一种新型连接形式,为研究其受剪时的破坏机理和抗剪承载力,文章分别针对70个单个螺栓试件和30个高强度螺栓咬合型连接整体试件进行了抗剪试验,并研究了槽钢规格、高强度螺栓规格和安装扭矩、槽钢齿形和螺母齿形等参数的影响。结果表明:螺母材料应与螺栓相匹配,螺母应采用平行齿且与槽钢齿咬合良好;高强度螺栓咬合型连接的合理破坏模式为槽钢齿剪坏,其抗剪承载力与槽钢齿的剪切面积、抗剪强度有关;螺栓的安装扭矩不宜过大,能够保证齿咬合即可。根据试验结果,给出了咬合型连接的合理齿形以及单个螺栓抗剪承载力设计值的计算方法。
High strength bolt occlusive connection is a new type of connection.In order to study the failure mechanism and shear capacity,shear tests of single bolt and occlusive connections are carried out separately.There are 70 specimens for single bolt shear test and 30 specimens for occlusive connection shear test.Specimens are provided by six enterprises,and the influence of channel specifications,high strength bolt specifications and installation torque,tooth form of channel and nut are considered.The test results show that the nut material should match with the bolt,and the nut should have parallel teeth and bit well.The reasonable failure mode of high strength bolt occlusive connection is shear failure of channel teeth.The shear capacity is related to the shear area and shear strength of channel teeth.The installation torque should be able to ensure the teeth bite,and should not be too large.According to the test results,the reasonable tooth form and the calculation method of shear capacity of single bolt are given.
