常见桡足类对赤潮生物中肋骨条藻和东海原甲藻的摄食效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究常见桡足类的摄食作用对赤潮生消的影响,采用饵料浓度差减法初步研究了浙江省舟山市朱家尖漳州湾附近海域桡足类优势种中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)、精致真刺水蚤(Euchaeta concinna)和双刺唇角水蚤(Labidocera bipinnata)对赤潮生物中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)的摄食效应,探讨了桡足类的摄食作用对赤潮生消的影响。结果表明,在实验浓度下,中华哲水蚤、精致真刺水蚤和双刺唇角水蚤对中肋骨条藻的摄食率分别为6890、2087、30112个·d^(-1),对东海原甲藻的摄食率分别为1914、2342、742个·d^(-1)。在较低的藻类浓度下,中华哲水蚤、精致真刺水蚤的摄食作用能有效控制中肋骨条藻和东海原甲藻的生长;而在较高浓度下,精致真刺水蚤的摄食作用对东海原甲藻生长的抑制效果不明显,双刺唇角水蚤的摄食作用对高浓度下的中肋骨条藻的生长抑制效果也不明显。总体而言,在低浓度藻类环境下,常见桡足类的摄食能有效控制目标藻种的生长,而在高浓度藻类环境下,其摄食作用对目标藻种生长的抑制效果不明显。研究结果为了解桡足类对赤潮藻类的摄食效应以及其摄食效应对赤潮的生消影响提供了基础数据,为后期赤潮生物防治提供了更多选择。 In this study,the batch culture feed experiments were carried out to study the feeding effects of the dominant species Calanus sinicus,Euchaeta concinna and Labidocera bipinnata sampled from Zhangzhou Bay in Zhujiajian,Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province on the bloom-forming species Skeletonema costatum and Prorocentrum donghaiense,and the effect of copepod feeding on the process of blooms was discussed.Results showed that under the experimental concentration the ingestion rates of C.sinicus,E.concinna,L.bipinnata to S.costatum were 6890,2087,30112 cells·(ind·d)^(-1),respectively.And their ingestion rates to P.donghaiense were 1914,2342,742 cells·(ind·d)^(-1),respectively.In addition,the feeding effects of C.sinicus and E.concinna could effectively control the growth of S.costatum and P.donghaiense at low concentrations;however,at high concentrations,the feeding effect of E.concinna to P.donghaiense was not obvious as well as the the feeding effect of L.bipinnata to S.costatum.In general,at low concentrations,copepods can effectively control the growth of the target algae species,while at high concentrations,copepods can not significantly inhibit the growth of the target algae species.Therefore,the results of this study provide basic data for understanding the feeding effect of copepods on red tide algae and the elimination effect of its feeding effect on red tide growth and elimination,and provide more options for the later biological control of red tide.
