摘要
光热电站作为一种能够快速响应的灵活性机组,将其纳入电源规划的待规划电源,能够有效提高波动性新能源的消纳并提高资源利用率。针对含有光热电站和波动性新能源的电网进行最优规划研究,提出基于双层规划模型的电源联合规划。算例结果表明,光热电站的双层规划模型得出的规划方案在经济性、效率和实用性方面更优,对提升系统运行清洁性和提高能源利用率有重要意义。
As a flexible unit with quick response,concentrated solar power(CSP)station can be included in the planned power source of power supply plan,which can effectively improve the consumption of volatile new energy and improve the utilization rate of resources.The optimal planning of power grid with CSP station and fluctuating new energy was studied,and a joint power planning based on bi-level programming model was proposed.The example results show that the bi-level planning model considering CSP station is better in in terms of economy,efficiency and practicability,which is of great importance to the improvement in system operation cleanliness and energy utilization rate.
