摘要 针对目前电力营销管控智能化水平低、管理困难等问题,结合互联网、云存储和人工智能技术设计出一个新型的电力营销管控平台。针对平台数据的隐私性,采用全同态数据加密算法对数据进行加密,为了提高加密算法的性能,提出一种实数取模算法,将加密算法的运算范围扩展到实数。针对光伏电站的监测,通过采集的电流数据序列,首先对数据进行STC转化和零-均值规范化处理,然后构建马尔科夫链和转移概率矩阵,采用箱型图分析数据序列具有“马氏性”提高了平台管理能力。试验结果表明,新型平台数据隐私性强,实用价值高。 Aiming at the problems of low intelligent level and difficult management of power marketing management and control,a new type of power marketing management and control platform was designed by combining Internet,cloud storage and artificial intelligence technology.In view of the privacy of platform data,a fully homomorphic data encryption algorithm was used to encrypt data.In order to improve the performance of the encryption algorithm,a real number modulus algorithm was proposed to extend the operation range of the encryption algorithm to real numbers.For the monitoring of photovoltaic power plants,through the collected current data sequence,the data was first processed by STC conversion and zero-mean normalization,and then the Markov chain and transition probability matrix were constructed.Finally,the box diagram was applied to analyze the data sequence,thus improving the platform management capabilities due to"Markovian".The test results show that the new platform data has strong privacy and high practical value.
