摘要
低应力(LSE)是描述漆包线导体在受一定拉力下晶格即将发生塑性形变时最大的伸长率,LSE值越大漆包线的柔软度越好。LSE的值能更加精准的反馈漆包线的柔软度。本文介绍漆包线生产过程中主要的工艺参数及生产工序对LSE值的影响并进行相应的改善。
Low stress elongation(LSE)is the maximum elongation of an enameled wire conductor when the lattice is about to undergo plastic deformation under a strain,the greater the low stress elongation value,the better the softness of enameled wire[1].Low stress elongation values provide more accurate feedback on enameled wire softness.This paper introduces the main technological parameters of enameled wire production and the effect of production procedure on low stress elongation and the corresponding improvement.
