Transformation Practice on Steam Dryer for KIVCET Furnace

蒸汽干燥机是基夫赛特炉物料干燥的关键设备,因原料变化,现有蒸汽干燥机能力不能满足生产的需要,导致基夫赛特炉炉况恶化,为解决问题将现有干燥机改造为环管分体式结构,提高换热面积,增大干燥机处理能力,同时方便换热管检修,为保障基夫赛特炉反应的正常进行、有效维护基夫赛特炉炉况创造条件。

Steam dryer is the key equipment for material drying in KIVCET furnace.The capacity of existing steam dryer can't meet the need of production because of raw material change,which results in that the conditions of KIVCET furnace get worse.The existing dryer is transformed into a circular pipe split type structure to solve problems,improve the heat transfer area,increase the drying machine processing capacity,and facilitate the heat exchange tube overhaul.The transformation creates conditions for keeping the reaction normal and maintaining KIVCET furnace condition effectively.
