贵溪冶炼厂动力车间转炉送风机是为熔炼转炉吹炼时提供常氧空气的设备,风机运行时的出口风量与风压值随着转炉吹炼工况的变化同步发生改变,一旦风量与风压值不能满足转炉吹炼要求,将直接影响转炉吹炼效率,从而影响闪速炉的投料量。贵冶结合转炉生产工艺实际情况,简述了新购转炉送风机的选型方法、并介绍了风机安装投运后联动调试技巧。

The converter blower in the power workshop of Guixi Smelter is device that provides normal oxygen air during the smelting converter blowing.The outlet air volume and air pressure value during the operation of the fan change synchronously as the working condition changed.Once the air volume and air pressure value cannot meet the requirement of the converter,it will directly affect the efficiency of converter,thus affecting the charging amount of flash furnace.In view of the actual situation of converter production process in Guixi Smelter,the selection method of the newly purchased converter fan and the linkage debugging skills after the fan installed and put into operation are briefly introduced in this paper.
