摘要
贵冶熔炼车间卡尔多炉低压配电室功率补偿柜存在电容、保险、接触器等烧坏等现象,故障率高、达不到预期补偿效果。在电能质量补偿方面如今很少使用电容补偿柜的方式进行补偿,现有技术均采用SVG补偿的方式进行补偿,SVG的主要优势在于不但能够提高功率因数,还能用于治理谐波达到提高整个电能质量的效果。
The power compensation cabinet of the low voltage distribution room of Kaldor furnace in Guixi smelter has the phenomenon of burning out of capacitor,fuse and contactor etc.,the failure rate is high and the expected compensation effect cannot be achieved.In terms of power quality compensation,the capacitor compensation cabinet is rarely used for compensation.The existing technology adopts SVG compensation.The main advantage of SVG is that it can not only improve the power factor,but also can be used to control harmonics to improve the whole power quality.
