数字经济背景下高职院校专业建设“四化四机制”创新发展的思考--以苏州市职业大学为例

Reflection on the“Four-method&Four-mechanism”Innovative Development of Specialty Construction in Vocational Colleges Against the Background of Digital Economy:A Case Study of Suzhou Vocational University

根据苏州数字经济发展现状,结合苏州市职业大学专业建设实际,分析了高职院校专业建设中存在的问题,提出了“四化四机制”专业建设创新发展思路。专业建设必须协同化对接、数字化改造、融合化转型、精准化考核,从而培养高素质技术技能人才,服务经济社会高质量发展。

Given the status quo of digital economy in Suzhou,this paper addresses some existing problems with specialt construction in vocational colleges in light of the particular experience from Suzhou Vocational University,proposing a“Four-method and Four-mechanism”new approach to specialty construction.Specialty construction entails coordinated articulation,digitalized reformation,integrated transformation and targeted assessment in the hope of cultivating talented people with skills and serving the high-quality development of the local economy.
