摘要
为分析肠内营养在直肠癌患者术前肠道准备中的应用,将行手术治疗的直肠癌患者84例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。术前肠道准备过程中,对照组患者应用传统方法,观察组患者给予肠内营养,观察2组患者肠道清洁情况、手术前以及术后3d患者营养状况以及肠道准备期间并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者肠道清洁情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);术前2组患者营养状况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后2组患者血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白以及前白蛋白水平均有所下降,但观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肠道准备期间并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,对行手术治疗的直肠癌患者,在术前肠道准备过程中应用肠内营养可有效提高患者肠道清洁度,改善患者术后营养状况,且能降低肠道准备期间并发症发生率。
This study was to investigate the application of enteric nutrition(EN)in bowel preoperative preparation for rectal cancer patients,randomly divided 84cases to be subject to surgery for their rectal cancer into control group(42cases,in preoperative preparation still received routine method)and observation group(42cases,received EN);then,observed both groups'patients'intestinal tract's clean situation,nutriture before surgery and 3days after surgery,as well as complication incidence during bowel preparation.As results,in clean situation observation group was superior to control group(P<0.05);before surgery there was no statistical difference between the two groups in patients'nutriture(P>0.05),after surgery both groups'patients'levels of serum albumin,transferrin and prealbumin were some delined,but observation group's levels were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and during bowel preparation the complication incidence significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Results show that for the patients to be subject to surgery,EN applied in preoperative bowel preparation can effectively enhance clean degree of bowel tract,improve patients'postoperative nutriture,and reduce complication incidence during bowel preparation.
