湿润烧伤膏联合高锰酸钾治疗急性白血病化疗期间肛周感染的效果观察

摘要 为观察湿润烧伤膏联合高锰酸钾治疗急性白血病化疗期间肛周感染的效果,将86例急性白血病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,观察组患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,用药2周后比较2组患者的疗效、治疗前后机体血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、肛周感染患者用药后起效时间及痊愈时间。结果显示,观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的86.05%(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1周、治疗2周后2组患者CRP水平均降低,观察组患者CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用药后起效时间较对照组快,治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,湿润烧伤膏联合高锰酸钾可显著改善急性白血病化疗期间肛周感染情况,抑制细菌生长、消炎作用明显,可促进细胞修复及创面愈合,效果显著。 This study was to observe the effect of wetting burn ointment(Gao)plus potassium permanganate(PP)in the treatment of perianal infection at chemotherapy period of acute leukemia(AL),randomly divided 86AL patients into control group(43cases,PP for sitz bath)and observation group(43cases,PP plus Gao);after 2weeks of medication of both drugs,compared both groups'effect,serum CRP levels before and after treatment,onset-efficacy time and curative time.As results,in total effective rate observation group was higher than control group(97.67%vs 86.05%,P<0.05);in pre-treatment levles of CRP there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);1week,and 2weeks after treatment both groups'CRP levels were declined,but observation groups'levels was more lower than control groups'one(P<0.05);after medication in observation group the onset-efficacy,and curative time was respectively faster,and shorter than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that Gao plus PP can significantly improve perianal infection during chemotherapy for AL,greatly inhibit bacterial growth and has anti-inflammatory role,therefore,promote cell repair and wound-surface healing,the above efficacies are significant.
