中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎32例疗效观察

TCM Retention Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis:Effect Observation on 32 Cases

为观察中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,将溃疡性结肠炎患者64例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组患者采用口服美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合中药保留灌肠治疗,观察2组患者的疗效、治疗前后临床症状评分以及血清免疫球蛋白水平。结果显示,治疗前2组患者临床症状评分以及血清免疫球蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者临床症状评分以及血清免疫球蛋白水平均有所下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎可明显改善患者临床症状、控制炎症反应、调节免疫功能,疗效显著。

This study was to observe the effect of TCM retention enema for treating ulcerative colitis(UC),randomly divided 64UC patients into control group(32cases,orally administered mesalazine)and observation group(32cases,added with TCM retention enema based on mesalazine);then,observed both groups'effect,score ratings on clinical symptoms before and after treatment,and serum immunoglobulin level.As results,before treatment in the ratings and level there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment both groups'ratings and level all declined some,but observation groups'ratings and level were lower than control group(P<0.05).Results show that TCM retention enema can significantly improve patients'clinical symptoms,control inflammatory response,and regular immuno-function,which are of great effect.
